Very cool, Love the motor in the TII cars, just like the look of my style better. Eventually I'd like to do TII swap. Great job on bringing that Daytona back to life

Yeah, these turbo cars can be made insanely fast. Here is one of my favorite videos, a 10 sec K-car running a T-II motor just like the one in your son's Daytona. I love the crowd's reacton. www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbIgs0tShFcThis is a pretty famous car called "Relentless"

Work has begun on the Daytona! ;D Stopped at Blasdell Customs yesterday and this is what is done so far: I'm pleasantly suprised that there were no hidden problems underneath/ behind all the trim. The hood had 3 different paint jobs on it so Don decided just to take the whole thing down to bare metal so he would know what he's working with. The front fascia and fenders are prob gonna be the same way.

Same colors, it was a toss up between a graphite or the same red, the red won out, lol. He's also repsinting all the trim the correct factory black as well!
