Wegmans? Competition for Tops down in Wrights Corners........ Already someone moving into Shurfine huh? ?? Maybe you'll hit a payday like some of the people in wilson a few years ago when there was going to be that racetrack going in and they sold their houses high, and the track never materialized.

Believe it or not...BUT...through the wisdom of OUR government, for the "good" of the government...town...city...burb...property, including private, can be sold at a "fair" price no matter what the owner wants or believes it worth.....manifest destiny ???lol

if the government feels,(town, city, state,) that for the good of the government, private industry will benefit. That's what brought the turmoil up, people were/are being forced off their property for land developers and such. Your's, mine, anyones, would be no different

Well, there have been several instances where several neighborhoodds were torn down and people evicted with eminent domain so high doller McMansions could be built. Benefits the builders, the developers, and the communities through a higher value tax base........

if somthing comes down,I'm sure you won't get hurt unless you feel your property is worth far more than fair market value....Farley isn't complaining.....
