Might not become big in this area, but i thinks its cool. Take a rx7 and put a ls1-ls6 engine in it. car runs about a 9.7 est in the quarter, total investment is pretty low for such a quick car. here is a link. And when it breaks down....who fixes it and at how much per hour, plus parts....Plus...what is the asking/sale price. I'll stick to the old stuff...

I am not talking about buying one, just a cool swap, and looks like a fast car like a nice sleeper. It would be fun to take a ride in one. Thats all, resale, man you have to be at the right place with the right person to sell it to, to even break even.
