I had to do brakes on a jeep a couple weeks ago.
At least I get good practice as a set of pads only last the wife about 2 months..........
Get to mount tires this weekend..........she goes through at least a pair every 6 months or so.

I know how you feel, these lasted about 5 months. My 99 had the same problem with brakes, I guess stopping a 4,000 lb SUV isn't all that easy on the pads/ rotors, lol.

Especially rough when she has to stop 600 times a day, 5 days a week. (She's a mail carrier). She aggravates it though by driving 60 miles an hour between mail boxes, at least in my opinion....... |
