Well...My sattelite...AKA turd...is not completely finished and I wanted some things done off the wish list for next year. I did have an opportunity to get the exhaust extended over the rear axel and out the back under the bumper like a " normal" car. Well it quieted the car down a bit but the gastank seal crapped and I have yet to get it...see other thread... and now I bought new chrome tips off e-bay 4 days ago and the seller is ignoring all e-mails on when they plan to ship them. I think I got hosed here also..I'm really pissed because the new exhaust sytem really quieted the car down and eliminated alot of humm vibrations...plus it's the end of the season..the car looks like a 60's car wih straight 3 inch exhaust pipes out the back...but it's not the look I want.....for anyone wishing Me bad luck...your wish came true...I'm superstitious

Did you pay with PayPal? You can file a grievance with them and recoup some of the $. I know it's not the exhaust tips, but at least you'd get something back

Yes..I have a dispute with both on paypal..They will most likely reemburse the item cost but I'll lose shipping and time. It takes 30 days for final action.

Yeah, kinda sucks, but at least you get something back. I bought something (I forget exactly what it was, something for the Monte) about 4 or 5 years ago, paid with a cashier's check (was about $150) and never heard from the guy again. No reimbursement, no product, nothing. Now I'm a little more cautious

Most- not everyone on ebay are honest, I always got and always shipped what ever I sold or bought, the ways I got screwed was with the false descriptions of the items

Most people are honest. I was new to Ebay and I didn't look at his seller feedback (which was negative), so live and learn. I haven't been screwed since

If I really want an item and the seller has some neg. feedback I always email him first and ask whats up with the neg feedback, they sometime get pissed but who cares.

Well, two week anniversary on buying that part. I called them yesterday and asked to talk to a Supervisor and they wanted Me to talk to the Person I have been dealing with...and obviously getting no where. They wouldn't connect Me to that persons Super so I just escalated the claim to paypal and now they are/will be talking to them. I ordered another part and it "should" be here tomorrow.

Update...Protested to paypal and they did their process and I got My money refunded through them. I gave north coast negitive feedback...and guess what...I get negitive feedback in return...I guess buying, paying the same day, not getting the part deserves negitive feedback...what a joke,,,I'm protesting that also with e-bay...TBC
