What is the longest a car has been in the automotive line up, model wise ,under the same name? Trivia, I have a idea but looking for a answer.

continuously, without a break....corvette had a 1 year vacation......mustang started in 64....cutlas had a long run but I don't remember if it had a break...thunderbird stopped for a few...don't remember an Impala in the 80's....without a break...and I know they don't make them any more...my vote is cutlas...as in olds.

Probably Corvette, except for the one year it wasn't made..........but I'll bet the real answer is not a US car. So I'll go with the Volkswagen beetle or whatever it's designation is. Basically started before WWII and just dropped in the last couple years. Probably some other odd ball furrin thing out there longer.................

I going with the buick century, 1936-2006, 70 years, but I think there was a break for WW2, oither then that I can't see a stoppage of production, any others, I think the roadmaster might be second, 1936-1996. This came to me about bank robbers and their car of choice was the century, lightweight and fast back in the day, so I try to research it, figure I ask you guys.

yes the century ran 1936-1942, 54-58, 73-2006 pretty weird break up of a model isn't it? Labaron??? what years, ohh forget it, why do i listen to ray 77-95

started in 1959 Lebaron was more less a trim option, in early models, I think the lebaron is still a model
