Sprayed a littler silver on my headers and used the heat from my exhaust to cure the powder, seemed to work ok, ;D

I had the whole exhaust system powder coated last fall with a high temp coating, but it was dull looking so I just sprinkled a little siver powder on to give a little shine, not perfect, but will last until I save up for them $500 chrome headers

Years ago a friend of mine paid big bucks for chrome headers for his "show" Corvette. Turned all kinds of shades of blue yellow and purple. After about 3 years they started rusting through from the inside by the collectors.......... total waste of money...........

lets see I tried getting them powder coated by a Pro, and they just didn`t look right or hold up, I powder coating them using HI Temp powder and still seem to peal, looks like I may have to dump some coins into getting chrome headers this summer, I rather have the bluing then paint pealing

I tried a few nice chrome headers from Summit, but they would not clear the frame, what I have to do is have custom headers made up, big bucks!! I may draw up some blue prints and have a company in California do it. but for now this 1200 degree HI-Temp silver paint from Eastwood looks pretty good and is holding up great,
