Now I just have to wait for the fliers to be printed and I can start getting the mailings out. So, if you were at either show last year you should expect a flier. If there is an error in the name or address I appologize in advance. I did the best I could trying to get it right. Come on SPRING!!!!!! I can smell the Car Show Season just around the corner!  |

we didn't do them last year as the "list" was lost in a computer crash..................
It always comes up with the question? Is it worth it with the cost of the postage............and the fact we pass out 20,000 flyers each year.
But I still got yelled at by people who wanted to know why we didn't mail them a flyer.
Do you use a bulk mailing permit?

I just went to the USPS site to look into bulk mailings. I will be doing regular first class mailing with these. It costs $150 just to get a bulk mailing permit and it looks like alot of work to get the mailings ready. Then you have to only mail at a chosen place. The club doesn't have a bulk permit I am sure. There are to many people doing mailing for the club. Gasport, Corfu, Amherst and now me. I will just have to seperate the Canadian fliers from the US ones because of the different postage.

So far I haven't even got the flyers yet...........they are at the printers being done. Hopefully no errors like last year.............

The fliers for the FI show are supposed to be back from the printers in about 2 weeks. I don't know about the ones for the GM show. I will have to get ahold of Gary to look find out.

67olds442. Are the car show forms going to be available anywhere for people who did not attend last year? Would it be a problem to mail me a copy if I mailed you a self addressed stamped envelope?
