This is why I rebuilt a '65 Barracuda:
"...I stop at a light and this $55,000 Porsche pulls alongside. I look over, it's a young lawyer type, dressed sharp. Our eyes meet. He nervously averts his eyes downward and slinks down in the seat. You can tell what he's thinking. Speed doesn't matter. The larger contest is already over. He's thinking, "That car stands out better than mine..."

You know........I never thought of that. Man, how I could spend 50 grand so much better. Could you just imagine the lawyer type trying to restore an old car by himself? Some things money just can't buy.

also with an older car you have to like to mess with cars, there is always something you have to do to it, the lawer type would never do it
