The 500s were the high trim line. Weren't the cop cars the plain jane models? In any event, nothing wrong with a 4-door!
There is a 63 Chevy cop car for sale around here, listed in the show and cruise news.
My friend from Canada, Brinky, has a 68 Coronet cop car that has made a few shows here. Was at Middleport..................

yeah the cops always got the police package on the cheaper models, thats what they got with the lower bids, models like Fury I
good way to tell if its a real police car on a mopar is in the vin number. on the 1966 thru at least 1974 - Second digit should be a "K"

I think a Barney Fyfe police car would be cool! Anybody see that Bluesmobile police car running around Batavia? That would probly be an easy crowd favorite for a spectator's choice award. ;D

I've seen Bluesmobiles before at the Mopar Nats and Carlisle, but none around here. Even had the push bars on the front. suprised though to see it out this time of year......... I work in Batavia...............

I think the owner is a boozer.......aside from the car show I first saw it at in Batavia, I saw it twice after and both times it was parked at a bar.
