Those cars can really go with a 273. A few years back when I worked for Firestone, my friend had one with a cam, 4 barrel and 4.56 gears and blew the doors of my Riv. We were on Maple Rd. so we couldn't go fast enough for me to catch up to him in the top end. I was amazed at what a small v-8 can do in a light car.  |

I was surprised how my car performs, it has a stock 273, also not to bad on gas

Don't remind me!  I haven't even started mine up yet.......and over the last 2 weeks we spent $80 on gas each week between our two cars. (DD's) And it was rez gas!  |

Seriously.........I use just slightly over a gallon of gas in my lawn mower just to cut my grass each time. That's now 3 bucks just for that! |

cut your grass 3 bucks of gas and 7 bucks in beer...and neither are preimium.
