I may be buying the old Miller Hose ALS Response truck, 1999 Ford Explorer with 73,000 miles for only $2500. Always been garaged and serviced, its been beat on a little,but that kept the carbon out of it

they are nice trucks....I have a 01. Not the greatest on gas...about 16-19

IK, this has the larger engine and vary quick, its sucks the gas

ours has 4.0....sounds like you going to get a 302 (5 liter) explorer with gt40P heads...very nice combo....same engine as my stang.

5.0 sounds correct, It was ordered with all the high performance crap when new, the fire company bought a brand new 2008 Ford Excursion for the new ALS car, this one is quick also.
